When they shifted software platforms/regulators, firstly they don't seem to have given any notice to the groups they were working with and more significantly, when they moved away from Microgaming they dropped the Microgaming affiliate platform that they had been using while leaving their casinos open and left all of their affiliate partners with no recourse for the substantial lost earnings that resulted. When Microgaming pulled out of the US market, the Grand Prive group jumped ship over night to BetOnSoft and changed their regulator at the same time.

They started out with Microgaming software and there were accusations of unethical marketing practices intended to ensure they paid their affiliate business partners less than they were due even back then. The Grand Prive group have been a contentious issue amongst the gambling community for a long time now. There are indications that these groups shared ownership long before they publicly stated this and at the point where we questioned a rep from the Genesys group regarding term changes that were mirrored across both groups it was implied that if we published this information they would be likely to pursue legal action against this site. The Mandarin Place are part of the Genesys Technologies NV group that now also owns the Grand Prive Group.
